Our house, known as City Wall House, is in a great location just 2 minutes walk from the main square in Maribor and close to the University. It is an impressive, unique and spacious student accommodation that was completely renovated in 2015. There are 19 good size and well-furnished bedrooms most with larger beds and excellent storage space. There are high quality shared facilities and common areas including 5 shower / WC rooms, laundry, spacious kitchen, dining and living room with doors to a large sunny terrace with great views.

We currently have availability for the second semester 2020. Rent is Euro 290 per month (single size bed) or 320 per month (larger bed) including all bills (heating, consumption of electricity, water, use of laundry kitchen and cleaning of common areas). We will provide all your bedding requirements (duvet, sheets, mattress protector, pillow and covers).

4. Confirm the reservation by sending €150 deposit
